In today’s video, I wanted to share with you a technique to burn more fat and increase your metabolism. We always push our athletes and clients to get in a high intensity workout in the morning before you eat breakfast. Here is a video I shot that explains more about this great way to start your day.
Perform High Intensity Cardio Workouts Before Breakfast
The next time you want to feel the burn and have a great day, try getting in 20 to 30 minutes of cardio to kick start your day. Then get into your daily routine of breakfast, reading the paper and checking your email. Your body will thank you.

I have worked with dozens of trainers/strength and conditioning coaches over the past 10 years, none however, rival Barry's ability to motivate his athletes. Barry's technique of training with an emphasis on nutrition and constant stretching is second to none. In six weeks I was put through very challenging workouts but came out in the best physical and mental shape of my life and could not have done it without Barry.
Going into my senior year, I was convinced that I was not going to be able to play due to a serious knee injury. Then Barry stepped in and thanks to his expertise and guidance I was able to compete, leading the team to our first Ivy League title in a decade while repeating as Ivy League player of the year.

Everyday i would do at least an hour of Cardio workout and this routine alone helped me regain my lean body. Cardio is really good for burning down the extra fats you get on your tummy.
