In today’s video, I wanted to share with you a technique to burn more fat and increase your metabolism. We always push our athletes and clients to get in a high intensity workout in the morning before you eat breakfast. Here is a video I shot that explains more about this great way to start your day.

Today we are going to explore the art and technique of barefoot running. The book I mention i the video is Born To Run by Christopher McDougall. It’s a great read for people looking to know more about the benefits of running.
