Today we are going to explore the art and technique of barefoot running. This exercise reminds me of when I was a kid growing up in South Florida playing in the backyard or at the park in my barefeet. I hope you enjoy the video and please let me know if you give this a try or have a story of walking or running in your bare feet that you want to share.
The book I mention i the video is Born To Run by Christopher McDougall. It’s a great read for people looking to know more about the benefits of running.

I have worked with dozens of trainers/strength and conditioning coaches over the past 10 years, none however, rival Barry's ability to motivate his athletes.
